A riverside garden for a contemporary wooden lodge.  With the garden prone to flooding the planting palette was very narrow.  We used a striking Calamagrostis and graceful Molinia to create a naturalistic feel that works well with both the site and the house.  The key to the success of the garden was it being low maintenance and flood-proof.  The clients love the end result and we return a couple of times a year to make sure things are staying on track.
