DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Please see individual products for delivery charges.
Delivery of items that are in stock is approximately 7-21 days, depending on your location. If the item is bespoke or personalised we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at the time of order. If an item is unavailable, we will let you know and issue a full refund. Once items are ready for delivery we will contact you and arrange a suitable day and time. Very occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay this date. If this happens we will keep you up to date with your order progress. We cannot, however, accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. If the delivery address is changed after the order is placed we will re-calculate the delivery fees and either charge or refund you the difference.
Before accepting your item/s please inspect the item carefully and sign our Proof of Delivery notice accepting the goods. If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, it is very important that they are fully aware of the product details. If we have agreed a delivery date and slot, and you are out when we arrive, we can reschedule a delivery for the next available date. There will be a charge for the subsequent delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff consider that the access is unsafe then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. You are obliged to provide any parking permits in advance of delivery and it is your responsibility to inform us of any vehicle access issues or parking restrictions at the delivery address with reasonable notice before the delivery takes place. It is your responsibility to check that items ordered will fit up stairways, through doors and through any awkward or restrictive spaces. The delivery service does not include any allowance for removal of doors, windows or other fixtures and fittings.
Collection in person
Customers are welcome to pick up purchases in person. Please contact us on 0118 940 4204 to arrange a convenient time for collection and bring your order confirmation with you upon collection.
